You will see totems and Eagles must see

Sitka National Historical Park is a must when you come to Sitka. It has local native artiest doing traditional works in side and wonderful trails out side with great views on Sitka’s surroundings. There is a river that runs through the park and during the summer there is a wild salmon run that heads up the river thousand of salmon what a site to see. There are also totems polls through out the park some very old some new done by native carvers of South East Alaska. The staff here is well informed of the past of Sitka and the Park it self they are full of information and they are all locals of the Area.

FISHING Must Do

This is me after a few hours on the waters of Sitka the fishing up here in South East Alaska is some of the best fishing in the world a must if you visit. As you see in the photo these are Halibut just the right size for eating and very fun to catch.
