We went here for our New Years Eve celebration 2004/2005. All I can say is WOW! They served us a delicious meal. Lobster carpaccio and truffles, goose liver, veal and a nice dessert. Price? 388 RMB (without wine). This was a really nice experience. We drank a couple of bottles of champagne also and the evening was a hit! Also they have their own house band called Frictions. They really rock. Guitarist playing Hendrix tunes with his teeth and all!!

Favorite Dish: Goose liver.... God da#¤!!! This really melted on the tongue... Wow again! Very tasty. Just go here if you get the chance.

Restaurant Name: Street Food

We were just walking the streets of Shanghai near Nanjing Road. Everything around there seems to close at around 10 P.M. Even KFC, Pizza Hut and MCDonalds were closed, so we hit the smaller alleys in search of food. There we found this little 24 hr fast food joint. No tourists of course. We got us a couple of spring rolls and some meat skewers. And a couple of beers. Very cheap food, I think we paid around RMB 50 for the whole meal.

Favorite Dish: Skewers and spring rolls. Or spwwwwing Wohhs. Very tasty and cheap. Steaming hot so you needn't worry about stomach trouble.
