Rosario is considered by many to be the second greatest city in Argentina. I know those from Cordoba and Mendoza might contest this but, I haven't been there!! It is the birthplace of Che Guevara, though don't expect to see a lot of hoopla as in Argentina he seems to be less popular than he is outside of it. Rosario is a vibrant city, with great people. |
