The Chinese buddhist Thean Hou Temple is located at the Robson Heights and was built in order to honour the Goddess Tian Hou (the heavenly mother). I was especially inpressed by those many dreagons to be found in the spectacular and colourful decorations of the temple. If you are interested in the Chinese zodiac, don't miss the statues of those animals (a popular photo spot, by the way). Many Chinese couples use the temple for their wedding ceremony. During Chinese new year, the temple is decorated with thousands of red ballons - looks great! Thean Hou Temple is open every day from 8 pm to 9 pm.
