Valencia is the third largest city in Spain, and among the liveliest. It is located on a extensive coastline plain in the Mediterranean coastline. Valencia has a huge cultural patrimony, it’s a city with a long and interesting history. Back in the XIV and XV centuries, Valencia City was one of the most important and prosperous Spanish cities. You may visit many old monuments like the Towers of Serranos and Quart, the Lonja, the Cathedral, the old Market, the Carmen Quarter, but also modern places such as the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences (constructed by the famous architect Santiago Calatrava), IVAM and MUVIM museums, etc.
