"The capital of the World - forever" New York City by Robert_Hun

My first step in the New World, I mean in New York :-) was in July 1999 when one of my dreams came true: to cross the Atlantic and catch sight of America, the gleaming skyline of the Big Apple.
When, after 5 years, I returned, I missed something that first made me sad but then I thought I was one of the lucky men who had lived a part in the Good Old World...

As always, the main square of the world

Although many things have changed during those 5 years, I found Times Square, the soul of the city, the same stunning as earlier, still proudly being the middle of the world.
And this made me feel good...

The "money center" of the world

... and some things are exchanged! :-)
Perhaps less sparkling but still having the same power, Wall Street leads the world's finances.
