The "House under Thuyas" is a small pension with 5 or 6 rooms in the southern suburb of the city, 10 minutes from the center by tram.
Unique Qualities: It's run by a friendly family, you get a really home-made (good and plentiful) breakfast and if you need, even lunch or dinner. The city center is easy to reach by tram. There is a huge shopping center nearby.
