Be very careful with taxi-drivers. They are incredibly insolent. If they realize you are a tourist (and they will do for sure very quickly), they charge you 5-6 times more than the normal tariff. The best is to call an official taxi company and double-check in the car if the meter is on. Most of the companies have English speaking dispatchers or you can ask the hotel or restaurant staff to call one for you.
