| Our caravan in the Tunisian desert |
Camel-riding 1 Sorry, it was almost 6 years ago, so I don't remember the city itself, only the desert and the camels... :-) I traveled with a group of cca. 20 people. We stopped at a "camel center" (a tent) where we got the "accessories": a wrap and a kerchief (turban? - I cannot remember the exact name). |

Camel-riding 2 I got a relatively young camel which was quite meek, so I did not have any problem to ride it. (The most challanging part is usually to get on and off but some people had difficulties to remain seated, too :-)) |
Camel-riding 3 We went in a caravan conducted by local pedestrian guides. It was a big fun but I feel a bit ashamed because, European (Hungarian!) as I am, I have never ridden a horse though! :-) |

| Pros: | "Great scene, big fun, romantic" | | Cons: | "Very hot, could be a bit nauseating as the camel moves" | | In A Nutshell: | "A "must have" experience" |
