Selamat Datang/ Welcome to Kuala Lumpur (KL)

by Robdaz - last update: Apr 11, 2005

The Petronas Twin Tower.
KL is the capital city of Malaysia and have the largest population. Like all large city around the world it has it's fair share of problem related to having a large population concentrated in a relative small area.

KL have a vibrant night life with lots of cafe , pubs , roadside stores open till late at night and till the early morning hours. With a good mix of Malay, chinese and indian population, you get to enjoy a great cultural experiences that come with it.

It is also the home of Malaysian Fomula Grand Prix at Sepang and the Petronas Twin Tower, one of the tallest building in the world.

Great food, incredible shopping to cater for all types of taste and budget and lots of interesting places to visit.

Having live and work here, what I really enjoyed is waking up early in the morning and having a hot cup of tea (teh tarik) and roti chanai or spicy nasi lemak for breakfast. Yam!Yam!...

I've seen some great KL pages on VT, so I shall try to build more info into this page to do it justice.

Pros:"Lots of activities and great night life."

In A Nutshell:"More than just the Petronas Twin Tower!"
