It was Brooke Shields' movie that evoked images of an idyllic paradise nowhere to be found near any civilization.
I had been young then but I remembered the color of those water.
Back then, I had no idea where this paradise is. In fact, I still don't.
But I do know where such a paradise exists, especially for those who want to be far far away from the world.

Sometimes there are moments in your life you simply want to escape from it all. This is one of those moments for me. This, as in now, not when I was there in Bora-Bora end last year, but now.
Yet, I have no way to escape, nowhere to venture, but in my own thoughts. It is now I finally am "penning" this page with that thought in mind.

The water here is deep but it is clear. It is crystal blue & not muddy brown.
It is this state that I need to align myself to.
It is this transparency that I hope we are all able to see one another in.
Regardless of how difficult that is, how impossible that may be, it is a hope that I live for. & the world very much needed to live in as well.

The Blue Lagoon - it protects everything that is within from the external turmoil. It is a safe haven from the rough seas of the world.
This is where the islands in the French Polynesia are cocooned in.
It is the last paradise on this planet & momentary I found myself embracing heaven on earth.
