Sep. 11, 2006.This is where my final resting place will be (I hope!) if God is willing!
I wish to have my ashes spread across the Grand Canyon one day.
U.S.A. is a country I've visited countless times in the last 20 years.
It is NOT a country I wish to work in, live in or even die in. Yet, it is where I wish to be "for all time"; whatever that is going to remain of me after I passed on.
When was my first time to this country? Frankly? I don't remember.
What do I like about this country?
Well, it embodies possibilities, freedom, vastness, beauty, magnificence, creativity & all those that is unimaginable & potentially viable.
It is a land of dreams, of hopes & of life.
Who are the Americans I admire?
Walt Disney - for his ability to entertain, dream & his legacy in making billions of happy people.
Wright Brothers - for their place in aviation history & ultimately our ability to fly around the world!
Where in the U.S. do I like to visit?
For its natural beauty - The Grand Canyon, Glen Canyon & Lake Powell area, Alaska.
For its creativity & entertainment value - Las Vegas, Orlando.
For its vibrancy - Chicago, San Francisco & Boston.
So, there you have it. Some of my thoughts about this country. It's only a very tiny portion of what's on my mind though. My feeling about this country is too complicated to be outlined in the intro of this page. Much too complicated & so I shall not try to do so. Instead, I hope you make your own way there & experience it for yourself. Deal?
