"THE FIRST ITALIAN CAPITAL" Torino by pink63
Torino Travel Guide: 742 reviews and 1,612 photos
Turin has always been an obliged stage in the european cultural patrimony, nevertheless it doesn't show its beauties.
In 1861 it became the first italian capital of the Savoia reign, whose royal residences have been declared world heritage by Unesco.
- Pros:A city rich of history, beautiful palaces, museums...
- In a nutshell:More than Fiat and Juventus

Hi I want to travel from Torino to Lourdes by train via Grenoble/Lyon/Toulouse. How long would the journey take? Or is there a better route? Cheers/yongjoe.
Nice little page on Torino. Ready to welcome the world? : )
One of the places I missed on my last trip to Italy!!! Have to come back for this one again!!! The chocopass sounds lovely, no gelato pass?!!! HAHAHA!!! Hope to be able to visit this lovely city someday soon!!!
Thanks for bringing back nice memories. I spent a few weeks in Torino about ten years ago and found it very interesting, especially Egyptian Museum
