| Scenic Bondi beach, Sydney |
We have been wanting to come to Sydney for years or ever since we moved to Singapore, since it's a shorter flight from here than in the states. Sydney is a wonderful, vibrant and cosmopolitan city that has something for everyone. We had four days in the city and that wasn't nearly enough time to see the top sights. We had to move a bit slower, since we traveled with our 8 month old son.
One thing i loved about Sydney is the diversity of the place. You have the beaches, Bondi especially is great people watching and the lovely cliff walk. The harbour- which is stunning. Highly recommended to take a harbour cruise. City looks quite peaceful on the water. The rocks- a bit of history Circuluar Quay- wonderful views of the CBD, Sydney bridge and Opera House. For kids- Sydney Aquarium, Zoo, botanical gardens and maritime museum |
| Much more impressive in person, Sydney Opera House |
