Red candles in an Old Barcelona Church

I have been doing some research on this old Church and I believe is called "La manquita" and it is in Malaga. The Cathedral. Having consecrated the Mosque as a Cathedral, adaptation work began, coinciding for a time with the construction of the new cathedral, which was begun with Gothic models. In 1528, Diego de Siloe changed them for a Renaissance design. Work continued for several centuries, without the second tower ever being completed, which led the people of Malaga to call it "la manquita", the one-armed cathedral.

Cannes Plaza

The plaza was dress in vibrant silky reds for the MIDEM festival and we felt seduced by it's opulence.

In 1829 Trafalgar square was born

Trafalgar Square, set in central London, is one of Britain's great tourist attractions. A visit to the capital would be incomplete without going to marvel at Nelsons Column and the four giant lions at its base, or to admire the lovely splashing fountains and to feed the pigeons, who have made their home here. Built to commemorate Admiral Nelson, the square was named after the Spanish Cape Trafalgar where his last battle was won.

Outside the Tate Modern

Tate Modern stands at the heart of London, linked to St Paul's Cathedral by the new millennium footbridge. The building is a remarkable combination of the old and the new.

The original Bankside Power Station was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott who was also the architect of Battersea Power Station, the Liverpool Anglican cathedral and the famous British red telephone box.

The building consists of a brick-clad steel structure, constructed from more than 4.2 million bricks. The height of the central chimney was limited to 325 feet (99 metres) in order to be lower than the dome of St Paul's Cathedral.

The weather Project by Olafur Eliasson

The subject of the weather has long shaped the content of everyday conversation. The eighteenth-century writer Samuel Johnson famously remarked ‘It is commonly observed, that when two Englishmen meet, their first talk is of the weather; they are in haste to tell each other, what each must already know, that it is hot or cold, bright or cloudy, windy or calm.’
