Kalaw in the morning time

Coming to Kalaw means your into trekking otherwise the town has little to offer.
Fantastic landscape , great views and lovely people .
Get damn cold in the evening time so be prepared.
We had our best experience in this town probably due to our guide Charles who guided us to the hill tribes .

Hi, Patrick, I've been reading your pages with interest since I didn't get to Kalaw. Seems the tourist thing has screwed the restaurant business a bit. nepalese is always a good bet (best food I ate in Mandalay). Nice pages. fergy.
