A walk along the Main River

The taxi ride from the train station to our hotel give us our first impressions of Frankfurt. It was mid afternoon and the city was buzzing. Not quaint by any stretch of the imagination. Frankfurt seemed to be the business hub. Along the way we did note the Xmas Market stands, which brought things back from hi tech land.

We allowed for a long afternoon in order to attend a Botticelli Exhibit, which proved well worth a visit to the Museum Bank.

From the Westin Hotel, we walked over to the Main River and took in the sites as we headed towards the Museums.
