My kind of town! The most popular sites in Pompei were the houses of ill repute. The damsels of the damned! The babes in playland! Apparently there was more interest in the type of particular enjoyment as you picked your pleasure by the fresco depicting the activity. I guess if your "ho" was butt ugly you were out of luck, sort of. |

Dead, buried or carney attraction? Is it better to be buried or to become an exhibit? This guy had top billing, a cherished spot along the Pompei tours. Many Pompeian wannabees lay about in a shed, hardly looked at by anyone. So I guess if you are going to go, strike a pose! |
