Deer Me! | Damn I'm Cute, Give me Food! |
We travel thousands of miles, and my kids spend hours with the deer in Parc de la Tete d'Or. We went there for the soccer, Confederation Cup, to support our National Team when they played Cameron, Turkey and Brazil. The food was marvelous. The days were spent eating, at the park, shopping and several museums. The Centre d'Histoire de la Resistance et de la Deportation was very moving. Especially when you see the Place Bellecour now and in the photographs from the Centre. We had wonderful meals at La Splendide and Bocuse's L'est. |
| | Walking And Checking Out the Town Lyon has many wonderful buildings and sites. After we checked out the Gallo-Roman Theatres (which are still used) we went to the Place des Terreaux. |
Parc Tete d'Or What a great park! In addition to enjoying the outside space, there was this great cactus arboreum that had the most amazing cactii | | |
