St. Augustine

The Bridge of Lions....the bridge that connects historic St. Augustine with Anastasia Island. Right now they are doing some major renovations and building a temporary bridge next to it.

There are a lot of really quaint streets and shops, I happen to be walking by this one the other day and needed a picture of it...

I live right across the street from the beach, so the first week that I lived here I actually got up for sunrise a couple of times and took this picture....I don't do that anymore...

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:quaint, nice people, beautiful beaches, great food
  • Cons:haven't found them yet..

Love these little eateries you tell us about! I must go! And soon. I barely have explored Florida & glimpses I've had tell me -- so much to experience. so exotic compared to the Midwest, would you agree?

You do live in a nice hometown. Lots of history and the St. Augustine Farmers Market looks interesting. Some of the restaurants are mouth-watering. Well done!
