    • Near the village of Samardã, there's a centenary wall with an average height of 2 meters and about 100 meters of diameter.
    It was a trap for catching wolves, when there was many.
    People would put a lamb or a sheep inside, whose sounds would call a wolf. When inside, the wolf couldn't get out, then a hunter would come and shoot the wolf.
    Portuguese writer Camilo Castelo Branco describes the scene in it's book "Novelas do Minho".

    • A gothic style tower, built in the XIII century.
    Portuguese writer Camilo Castelo Branco, made it a scenery in it's novel "O anátema".

    It's located in a village named Quintela, near Vila Real.
