Paris, Paris, Paris. What are we gonna do with you? The Boulevard horrifique - I mean P?riph?rique. The Tour Eiffel. Montmartre. Artists. Notre Dame. The Stade de France. The Seine. Gargoyles. The Quartier Latin. Romance? None of it, mate.
One of the new tourist attractions is of course the tunnel at Pont d'Alma, where Princess Diana died in a nasty accident in 97. Look at this pic (taken 98). I wonder what the last thing that went through her mind was? (Probably the windscreen)
Not the safest place to stand, admittedly. But a great view down the main thoroughfare of Paris. Ever seen the short film "the meeting"?
