This is a very beautiful and luxurious hotel. There are two wings the older and more luxurious side (originally the palace), and the newer, less expensive side which is where we stayed. The rooms were clean, had a good size balcony, they provide a welcome fruit basket, robes and slippers and turn down service. The food at the restaurants was delicious. The view is spectacular. The staff displayed great attention to detail and took great care that we were not overcharged for certain tourist sights.
Unique Qualities: The staff at this hotel is exceptional. The hotel has wonderful views of the pyramids.
