very yummy dessert

Restaurant Name: Fouquets

The restaurant is in Avenue des Champs Elysees. The food is great, and the service is helpful and informative. Our server recommended a great bottle of wine for us. It was a busy August night, and we didn't have to wait for a table at all. We dined outside so that we could people watch at the same time and savour our very last night in this magical city.

Favorite Dish: The desserts are amazing!

Pizza!

Restaurant Name: Pizzaria: Paninotica de Carmine

This place serves italian food. The owners and the staff speak very little english, but they were extremely helpful anyway! When I went in August of 2004, they didn't have english menus, but the server tried his hardest in his broken english to explain to us what the menu meant and that was good enough for me! The food was amazing! Not at all like italian food in North America. You can really tell that they use the freshest ingredients and put a lot of love and care into preparing their dishes. The staff treats everybody like family! That's why this place is always packed at night with locals!

Favorite Dish: Pizza and lasagne

Different types of food galore!

Restaurant Name: Universal Cafeteria

This was more of a cafeteria than a restaurant. It is located in the Louvre museum, right in front of the inverted pyramid. The cafeteria itself has a wide variety of selections for food. It has all different kinds of cuisines to choose from. You can have your pick of french, chinese, japanese, american, etc. The food itself is of pretty good quality considering it is fast food.
