I have been to New York 4 times, once when I was 16, with my Mum and Dad and managed to go up the World Trade Centre and saw the view from up there which was spectacular. I have since been one January when it was so cold, we could not get warm but I skated in central park which was memorable. The third time was a warmer March which was the best visit of all as I had never walked all around like we did then, we saw and did so much. You do need comfortable walking shoes as you cover a few miles! but it is an exciting city to see and stay in.
Our last visit was December 2008 whereby I won the trip in a competition on the radio & we thought it would be nice to see New York at Christmas time.
I will try and sort my more recent photos, so I can put them on here soon. |
