Have you ever woken up from a beautiful dream, and realized that's all it was? Yosemite National Park is that dream, and it's all very real.
OK, I'll admit, when I was a kid, I associated Yosemite with Sam. You won't see little a cartoon character with a red moustache being blown up by a rabbit there, but when you're there, you'll feel like you're this close to heaven.
Yosemite National Park was plunked down in the middle of California, by someone or something that know how to touch our hearts. Mountains, lakes, waterfalls-each so pristine. It's got hiking trails, campsites, even a few hotels.
I could only stay a day, and I've seen a lot better Yosemite pages on VT, but hopefully my measly little pages will make you take a deep breath and say: "amazing!" |
