Manhattan Beach Travel Guide: 353 reviews and 774 photos
Manhattan Beach is one of many beach towns near Los Angeles; I found it to be quite pretty. It's got shops, restaurants and bars in it's downtown area, and yes, a nice relaxing beach too. And the atmosphere is true SoCal beach-from the people you see, to surrounding hills, to the beach itself. I hated to leave.
Spend a day there, bring the family, hang out by the beach and soak it all in.
