Aaah, what to say about Paris. A capital of art, history, fashion and fine food. More museums, churches and restaurants that you could ever see in one visit. A place where culture abounds.
All that's already been said, time and time again, so I'll simply say this: Paris is simply one of the most beautiful, breathtaking cities you'll ever want to visit. If you don't believe me, go there yourself and find out.
My Paris memories from my first trip will stay with me forever. My van trip from the airport, by the Arc de Triomphe (a WILD ride, my welcome to Paris). Walking next to the Seine for the first time, and many times thereafter. The grandeur of the Notre Dame Cathedral. The top of the Eiffel Tower. Eating a delicous crepe at a stand next to St. Germain-des-Pres. Seeing the Louvre for the first time. It's a simply amazing city, one I must get back to someday. |
