BREAKDOWN AT BRIGGS

SO THERE WE WERE, driving down highway 183 from Lampassas to Leander, when I noticed something funny in my rear view mirror. The large platic taillight lens on the left side of our minivan was flapping in the breeze, about to come off! We stopped and tried to figure out how to secure it. If only we had some duct tape! The next bit of civilization was a tiny village called Briggs, about 7 miles away. We made it there and found a sort of convenience store, where they did have some rolls of duct tape. It was the thinnest duct tape I have ever seen, kinda like scotch tape with silver paint sprayed on one side. But it was good and sticky, and it did the trick. So we will always remember Briggs for their duct tape.

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:IT HAS DUCT TAPE, ALSO A POST OFFICE
  • Cons:ITS REALLY SMALL
