DURHAM IS THE SMALLEST TOWN (9,000 PEOPLE) I HAVE EVER SEEN WHICH CONTAINS A DIVISION 1 UNIVERSITY. Its a picturesque New England town for sure, with a beautiful college campus. Obviously the university is the dominant economic engine here. |
