"SACO, MAINE" Saco by Rich62

SACO IS A SMALL TOWN next to Biddeford and not far south of Portland. We have only driven through it, never had reason to stop. It seems at first glance that maybe this town has not established an indentity of its own. Perhaps it has chosen not to cater a lot to tourists, which is fine if thats what they want to do.
