WELCOME TO TIMNATH

Timnath must be a pretty well-kept secret. It has a nice location for sure, just east of the city of Fort Collins on Harmony Road (highway 68). However it is also just east of Interstate 25, which probably siphons off 95% of the Harmony Road traffic before it ever gets to the Timnath area. Hence you have a small and peaceful little town, yet with easy access to everything the city of Ft. Collins has to offer, which is pretty much everything. I wonder if maybe the real estate prices might be much less than they are in Fort Collins? One can hope, anyway.
