In 2004 we decided to arrange our annual football team's outing outside of Austria. This yearly trip marks the end of the season and its main purpose is mainly to have fun and strengthen the team spirit. So we did not too many cultural things but we made at least a sightseeing walk and visited two of Czech's famous breweries, Cerna Hora and Starobrno. |
So we were there to have fun and we were not disappointed: Brno seems to be the perfect place for annual work outings and similar activities: we spend the night in a much too good hotel for our purposes and spend our money mainly for the incredible cheap Czech beers. |

Personally I'll come to Brno again to see all sights I probably missed, nevertheless our trip was a great success enjoyed by every team member.... |

living in Brno and I ve never heard about Palace Schwartz! :) we call it Dum panu z Lipe (Lords of Lipé House), sometimes it was named as Schwanz Palace. Your page is very positive (about beer), I like it :) | travelife Wed Dec 15, 2004 20:45 UTC
I was in Brno, had seen few castles around, mummies in the museum.. but don remember any details.. Nice page! |
