This is a large (270 rooms) hotel in a well-known chain, and if you book a room here you know what you'll get: a very pleasant, but rather impersonal, hotel.
Nice rooms with the all the usual amenities - including safe, minibar, coffee & tea making facilities - and the possibility of wireless internet access.
The location is very good, near the central train station - walking distance to most main tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful and serviceminded. Tried the room service, and were very happy with our meal!
