Some Norwegian friends of mine live & work in Riga, and I've been here ten times (July 2004, December 2005, March - April 2006, June - July 2006, Sept - Oct 2006, December 2006, January 2008, February / March 2008, June / July 2008, December 2008) - I've spent ca 4-5 months in Riga altogether.
