    Take advantage of the great fishing in Cairns. My day started slow but by the end of the fishing trip, I was catching 50 pound fish! I ended my day by catching a small shark.

    Equipment: Organize a trip through one of the local fishing tours. They will provide you with everything you need. Ask your hotel for a brochure.
