Mah Boon Krong(MBK): HUGE MALL
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • Name of Shop: Mah Boon Krong(MBK)

Ma Boon Krong (MBK) is a HUGE shopping mall in downtown Bangkok. It is hard to even explain how big the complex is. I believe it is about7-10 floors all together. They have everything you could imagine. Clothes, jewelry, handicrafts, furniture, electronics, and the list goes on and on. You can even bargain at alot of the vendors.

Inside MBK there are alot of different places to eat. They have alot of different kinds of food. Italian, Pizza, Chinese, Japanese, and Thai.

There is also a huge movie theater inside the mall if you want to catch a film. You want to use the internet? No problem. There is a very nice internet cafe as well. More than one maybe, I dont really know because it is so huge.

Patpong Night Market: Patpong Night Market
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]

  • Patpong is a night market and a red light district. The market has great items and bargaining is a must. Most of the stripclubs on the street level are very tame compared to the ones up the stairs. If you are brave, go upstairs and check it out. Here is a hint....hookers and strange stage acts. Patpong is very popular even though it is fairly small and has the same goods as other markets. It is worth seeing though.

This flea market is huge! The biggest market I have ever visited and one of the biggest in the world. They sell everything from food to clothes to antiques to pets. It is so big that I got lost and by the time I found our car I had bought so much stuff. The bargains here are great!

    What To Pay: BARGAIN!!!!!!!!!
