Loved this place - it was a little off the beaten path ( in the financial district and a subway ride to Orchard Rd) but walking distance to Chinatown.

Great place, modern decor, clean large room! Nice fitness center and great pool.

So... we are at the Marriott again.... The Marriott in Singapore has an interesting East meets West design and the building is in the shape of a Chinese Star. The rooms are comfortable and have a great view. Nice Duvets on very comfy beds, the room had all the amenities you would expect from a Marriott. The location is on the corner of Scott and Orchard and in the heart of all the commercial shopping in Singapore.

The Marriott is also home to 2 great all nite clubs where you can dance the night away!

While we were there the pool was under construction and had to walk next door. One bummer part of both pools (the Marriotts and the one next door - at the Ascott) Is they are located on the 5th floor and for most of the day we were shaded from the sun by the building.... should be a good thing could be a bad thing.
