Traintrip from FLåM TO MYRDAL V.V..

This photograph was taken while the train stopped to give us the opportunity to take photographs at this spectacular page.....

This is the very impressive WATERFALL KJOSFOSSEN halfway Flåm and Myrdal......

You dan return by train or...by bike which you can hire and take with you on the train: riding down 800 meters is pure joy!

Myrdal is hardly a village: there is a hotel and not much more but....it is an important railway station for passengers who have to change trains.....

Pros and Cons

Pros:THE TRIP BY TRAIN IS A REAL MUST
Cons:MYRDAL IS NO MORE THAT A RAILWAY STATION, A HOTEL AND A FEW HOUSES....

I did that trip last summer and boy, it was amazing! Nice page! I didn't even know that Myrdal had anything but the train station! Interesting. Greetings!

I didn't enjoy the ride as much as you did. But I had great time in Hardangerfjords & Eidfjords :-)
