Name of Shop: Thong -sala markets and main street
It's not about 1 shop but in all the markets and shops along the main street you can find just about anything you want from cloths to shoes to souveniers to electronics etc.
Once off the boat in Thong-Sala you will probably see ice cream sellers on moterbikes (see photo under) and other food merchants and then as you leave the jetty you will pass under a big welcome sign that leads into Thong-sala's main street and shopping area. (see photo underneath)
In the main street you will mostly see moterbikes or 4 wheel drive vehicles around Thong-Sala as the roads in Koh Phangan can be very bad in places.
If you stay near Thong-sala you wont get too bored because there are lots of market stalls and shops and supermarkets which is good when it rains and there is nothing else to do.
Haad Rin has plenty of shops too but they are generally more expensive.
What To Buy: Everything is cheaper here than in Koh Samui so you should buy whatever you think you can carry back on the ferry.
What To Pay: It depends on how well you can barter.
