The following are problems I encountered: 1) Cyclists do not look out for you, so you look out for them, and no one gets hurt. The following are problems I was told: 1) Pickpockets are numerous and a problem. 2) Some dogs might have rabies, so if you step in droppings, be careful when rinsing it off. *and of course, always keep money and id in different areas, pockets, wallet, luggage, backpack.
