University of Limerick (2004-2005) | Dromroe Village - where I live |
Hi Everyone I am finally trying to create a web page so I can share photos and stories from my year here in Ireland.
Just a few words about myself. I am currently studying history in the graduate program at the University of Limerick, Castletroy, Co. Limerick, Ireland. I arrived in Ireland in September and after a bit of knocking about settled down here.
I live in Dromroe Village (University housing, with all that implies) and share an apartment with five other people. It's been great craic. The university is behind the buildings to the right, the River Shannon is behind the buildings to the left. I live on the right, but you can't see it. It's about a five minute walk to my classes, the library, and the Student Union.
I live with five other people in a fairly small apartment, but since we are rarely all home at once, it works out brilliantly.
I hope to be adding more pictures and bits and pieces as the year progresses, so look for updates.
My address here (in case you want to write, or send a little something my way) is: C.M. Boothe #71 Birch House Dromroe Village University of Limerick Castletroy, Limerick Ireland |

EPROM Sat Apr 15, 2006 16:09 UTC Hi Cristina! Probably next september I'll go as Erasmus student to University of Limerick and as I've seen you were on Dromroe Village, I'd like ask for your opinion about Dromroe compared with the others on campus villages. Thanks a lot! | pieter_jan_v Thu Nov 11, 2004 17:15 UTC Your are building great pages. PJ |
