The service provide by this hotel begins from the moment you enter the entrance of the hotel. The doorman will open the door for you and greet you..The front desk staffs are also very pleasant and provide quality service. It depends, but sometimes a staff will walk you to your room.

The room is bright and pretty spacious, about 40 sq m...Also there is welcome amentity; a small basket full of fruits.

Room service at 11 plus at night was pretty fast for orders like steaks & Japanese food.

Unique Qualities: Our room was facing the Fountain of Wealth and at night, there is laser display show, splendid!

We got the deal which was for locals for about US$95 nett per night. The check-in was alright, not much friendliness though.

As our room is a Premier room, we got to have our morning breakfast, afternoon hi-tea and evening cocktail at the Club lounge. The service provided at the Club lounge was really much better than those at the front desk. We went for our hi-tea and returned again for the cocktail session, and by then, the staffs could remember our names

Unique Qualities: Hmm...The location itself is an asset. Situated at the heart of Orchard Road, the shopping frenzies are beckoning you the moment you step out of the hotel lobby; not for the faint-hearted though.. =)

This hotel is located in Sentosa, which is an island at the southern tip of Singapore.
Our room overlooks the golf course and it is indeed a sight of greeneries.
The bathroom is HUGE and next to the bath tub, there's this wooden blind which can be pushed open to view the greeneries while you are soaking in the tub amidst your own privacy.

Unique Qualities: The pool is huge and overlooks the sea.
