I have to admit, I was completely blown away with Tofino. Had I known that I would love this town this much I would have planned on staying longer. Nestled within the world famous Clayoquot Sound, the surrounding scenery is nothing short of spectacular. Countless hiking trails around the area provide great opportunities to explore Tofino. If you're lucky ou might be able to spot some of the Orca's that call the sound home.

BC in general is home to some big trees, this much is true however the biggest trees i came across called Tofino home. There are countless hiking trail that dot the area, any one of which will most likely lead you to a monster of a tree. Check them out, you won't be dissappointed!

Tofino is home to some of the best surfing in Canada (maybe because its really the only place to surf?). I didn't get the chance to get out there but the beach was pretty full given that it was February in Canada.
