    Very helpful tips and some lovely pictures of one of my favourite parts of Ireland. Inch Beach looks great at dusk in your photo. I'm planning to spend a week here in August.

    It is now really cheap to travel over to Ireland, even better for me as they have started to use the airport at Waterford direct from Manchester, my sister lives half an hour away from there, brilliant

    A very nice page, Steve! It brings back a lot of good memories. Muckross House and gardens look great and those autumn colours help to make up for some of that drizzly weather you had! Good tip on the car hire too - the only way to go for me!
