This is one of the few trips we have made into the USA. We flew to Tampa on United at stayed at the Parker Manor Motel in Clearwater Beach.
We went for Christmas and the weather was in the main quite warm and pleasant.
- Pros:Beautiful beaches, good public transport
- Cons:Why don't they quote prices with the tax included in shops?
- In a nutshell:pretty good beach resort

You have helped me plan some things to see while spending a month over winter in this town.
So many trips to Fla but never saw Clearwater. Thanks for the preview. Hope you will see more of the US sometime soon.
