Getting TO/AROUND: A good way to get into Fife is by rail, especailly from the South, eg Edinburgh. Then you get to travel over the magnificent Forth rail Bridge, a triumph of Victorian engineering. If travelling off peak ask for a day saver return

Getting TO/AROUND: If travelling nto Fife by road from the south, your route shuold take you over the Forth Road Bridge. Build in 1964 to replace the ferry links, you get magnificent views, especially of the adjacent rail bridge. Beware of road works though, especially in the summer at weekends
