Lavona's Chicago Picks I'm not a city dweller but I do appreciate big cities which is why I'm in Naperville. Chicago is a great place for dining, the Arts, museums, and a wide variety of activities for all ages. When I was living on the East Coast, I took vacations back to Chicago.
For sports fans, the Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks are great. The White Sox and the Wolves are here too. (Woves are in Kane County, ice hockey)
Restaruants aboud. More than can be tried even if you never ate anywhere else and never repeated. Enjoy! |

You and I have each posted exactly one "Must See Activity Tip" for Chicago -- both about the same place. Lots of VT members take photos of opera houses from the outside, but only a handful suggest actually going to a performance. |
