A small but long isle, one point only 300 ms width, also a romantic and interesting isle is Hiddensee at Baltic Sea. The beach is wonderful, the nature so impressive. You will find there all what you wish from a region at Sea, the isle of artists.

Myself, Hiddensee

Do I look happy? I do, I am sure. It was a sunny day, but with strong wind and a bit cold. Nevertheless, my tour belong the seashore and across isle to Vitte was unforgettable!

Typical house, Hiddensee

The single houses, the whole villages on Hiddensee are fascinating, esp. the famous Vitte.
You can do trips across isle with little train or via coaches, or rent a bike. Because no cars are on Hiddensee, no traffic. Some say, Hiddensee would be the little Capri at Baltic Sea.

I spent only one day on that isle, but wish I would have had more time.

No cars, so you have to take some other vehicles. ;) On that isle you should take the sportively version, bicycles, or... more travel advice
