"Little Capri... Hiddensee, Baltic Sea" Hiddensee by elgin99

Hiddensee Travel Guide: 6 reviews and 28 photos

A small but long isle, one point only 300 ms width, also a romantic and interesting isle is Hiddensee at Baltic Sea. The beach is wonderful, the nature so impressive. You will find there all what you wish from a region at Sea, the isle of artists.
How to reach and what you can see there... I will update soon that new pages.

Do I look happy? I do, I am sure. It was a sunny day, but with strong wind and a bit cold. Nevertheless, my tour belong the seashore and across isle to Vitte was unforgettable!

The single houses, the whole villages on Hiddensee are fascinating, esp. the famous Vitte.
You can do trips across isle with little train or via coaches, or rent a bike. Because no cars are on Hiddensee, no traffic. Some say, Hiddensee would be the little Capri at Baltic Sea.

I spent only one day on that isle, but wish I would have had more time.
Please, have a look for my tips here.
If you want have a look for my whole journeys you should have also a look for my Rügen pages.
