Come in... | One of many gates into town |
and visit the famous town of German Romanticism. Would you like to see a short movie sequence (20 sec) of Rothenburg? Click there.(you need Realplayer) Winding narrow alleys and streets nice half-timbered houses, comfortable restaurants, Gothic and Renaissance style buildings. Worth seeing the castle and his garden. And to recommend also the German crime museum. Nevertheless, one should carry comfortable shoes to be able to stroll long time on the paved streets. |
| | The nice castle Garden with view above the town. |
open-air museum Bad Windsheim. Famous, special and large open-air museum. There you can see many history houses. Middle ages till time when our grandparents lived. All houses are replaced (rebuilt) and are originals.
